bedding containing crumbs clearly had not been changed but simply pulled up from the last use. Shower stall insert had a six inch actual split in the floor I had to avoid with my feet...no idea where the water was going that ran in there. Grubby surfaces, impression of poor cleanliness

I think the hotel is very overpriced for what it is and having no amenities such as a pool, jacuzzi.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen and a medium-sized refrigerator.

Did not have any hand towels or washcloths upon check-in. No amenities, especially considering the price. The kitchen was a random collection of plates, glasses, and cups.

Sleeping on plastic , sheets on bed wrong and kept coming off bed. Floor dirty when we first walked in. Needs to be ugly updated or just tear down.

I'm on the fence about staying here again.

Nice little restaurant across the street, relatively close to other activities in the area.

Outdated, propery looked run down ( unkept ) shower was nearly impossible to figure out, tv didn't work, the manager tried to fix it but couldn't, offed to give me a discount when I seen him again. I never saw him again, not even at checkout. I'm not sure I'd stay there again.

Bed is very comfortable

Everything in Port Angeles and Sequim were way over priced. I understand that summer is the only time during the year that they make any money but pay $500/night for a hotel I wouldn't pay $125 for is ridiculous. This hotel is family owned to where the owner lives on site and does all of the maid work. He told me he'll be renovating in the off season since the motel is 60 years old. The bed was very comfortable. And it was reasonably priced. So if you only worry about the bed this is the place for you.

Filth and neglect at the 'Not' so Great House..

The price and location, especially for June stood out to me. I have stayed here several times before.

On the last day I checked the bottom corner of my mattress and was horrified. Also I heard movements and sounds of small creatures running around behind the walls and ceiling. A man staying next to me heard it as well and reported the pest. Due to the mattress findings, I ran to a laundry mat and a local store to buy supplies. I will NEVER stay here again. There was a time I gave this place an extremely high rating, unfortunately the 'Not' so Great House is no longer what it once was.

Room is in a poor state and has a bug problem

Check-in went well. Location was near enough to the main entrance of Olympic National Park.

The room interior and furnishings were old and in a somewhat poor state. I saw at least ten critters in the room, of which at least five were cockroaches. The dining table had what appeared to be dried food stains. The bed was saggy in the middle. There was dust or dirt in some areas of the room, as well as some hair that wasn't mine. I didn't deduct any points for this, but it's worth mentioning that unlike most of the other rooms in this motel, this king room is on the second floor and so you need to haul your luggage up some stairs.

Room was tiny, dirty, poorly lit. Bathroom door didn't lock, didn't even open all the way because of the bed. If you're going to book this as a last resort, sleep in your car instead.

I should have slept in my car, and I almost did.

I liked that I didn't pay much for this room. Whoever, I have paid the same amount for rooms before, and they were clean and well maintained. I absolutely can not say that about this room.

The room was not clean. The bedsheets and pillows were stained with mildew, and there were holes in the sheets. All the towels in the bathroom were stained and looked dirty. The blankets were very dirty. The blankets, towels, sheets and pillows all looked like they had come from the local Goodwill. Because nothing was new or clean, I didn't bother to ask for new dirty things. I had to go to the local Walmart for bedding and towels so I could focus on the class I was in town for. I just didn't have time to go searching for a new place to stay. Also, I didn't want to go back into the office because it smelled like urine and some kind of cleaner like an outhouse that needed to be serviced. The shower had hair, soap scum and dirt in it. The bathroom for sure was not being cleaned. Everything was dirty and dusty. The bathroom mirror had toothpaste spots on it. Dust and cobwebs in the ceiling of the room. Old paint on the curtains and gross plastic stick on sheets all over the windows, even where privacy was not needed. Whoever owns this place has no business being in service for other people when basic cleanliness is clearly not understood.

There was something that looked like blood on the walls. The curtains were torn. The pillows immediately goes flat when you laid on them. The towels and washclothes were dirty and unusable. In the bathroom there was mold on the window seal and the blinds, there was mold on the floor of he bath room and all across the bottom of the shower curtain. The shower was dirty. The door knob to my room was jiggled a few times so I had to stuff the chair underneath it. The walls were so thin, I heard he people next to me every morning at like 2am. I could not sleep comfortably. It was either to hot or to cold, the heat was not controllable it was on one setting high or off. Upon leaving there was dog poop right next to my drivers side car door. There is no check out you just drop the key in this mailbox.

Not much

The parking lot was so small you have a hard time parking, rooms are worn out, shower controller was broken and cobbled together so that you couldn’t adjust the water temp. Shower curtain was soiled at the bottom.

Looks simple from outside, but very clean and nicely furnished, with very helpful staff.

Better furnished than many chain motels, including a table and a not-tiny refrigerator, with a separate freezer. Chairs and table in front of room had a view of Olympic Mtns. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Though no daily cleaning, like most places now, they were ready to provide anything you needed.

Good

If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower for the night this motel will get the job done. Staff is friendly and the rooms was decent size. Parking was easy. Overall, it was fine for one night as we were passing through town.

There is a fair amount of road noise and the beds were uncomfortable. It was challenging to regulate the temperature in the room. The heater worked however the windows are drafty. The power strip by the bed was odd.

Perfect overnight stay for a quick trip at a great price point!

The room had a great amount of space for the price point. It was just perfect for staying overnight in the area with a family. I could tell it was well-cleaned and didn't have the "grimy" feeling so often you find at little roadside motels.

Close to lots of restaurants

The breakers kept tripping so everything kept going out in our room. We had plug in heaters. A hole in the window because the a/c unit was rigged up thru the window.
