Comfortable place to stay

The rooms are thoughtfully designed and provide everything that I need. Townplace suites is one of my preferred places to stay and I have stayed there many times.

The temperature in my room was very cold and had to be adjusted by maintenance.

Lovely hotel

Room was lovely and so were the staff. Good breakfast and overall a lovely stay!! Very good for the price we paid :) The receptionist that checked us in was amazing 👏

The location was perfect. The staff was very nice and the place was very clean. We enjoyed the pool almost every day. The breakfast options were very good as well.

Bad experience

Bad experience. I used to stay at this hotel almost every week and everything was fine until the day I left my makeup bag and various other cosmetics in my room, when I went back to pick them up, they gave me back only part of the items and said that the others had not seen them, they tried to convince me that there was nothing else. I left everything in one place and of course they only returned what was opened and the other items that were new to me were not returned. I am very disappointed and will not go back there again

The bed was extremely hard, hotel has additional charges for parking , I have never had to pay to park at a hotel and there was no mention of a parking fee before we arrived, free breakfast was nothing special either.

Very spacious and clean rooms. Super friendly staff that was very helpful. Not too far from Downtown Austin.

You had to pay an extra fee for parking. It wasn't much, but it seemed unnecessary given the location.

A good hotel in north Austin.

It was a nice clean facility. The breakfast they included was pretty good… some healthy nuts and dried fruit.

Austin probably has few good locations right now… so it’s not a fault of the hotel that traffic was insane. Because of traffic, driving to the hotel was stressful.

Bathroom showers need fixed

The room was decent sized and liked the kitchen aspect with full fridge.

Shower was awful. Water didn’t get hot, shower glass only covered have of the shower and the rest was wide open so it was always cold in the shower plus water got all over the floor. They have laundry area through and outside vendor but warm water didn’t work I had to rewash. Then the dryers wouldn’t take payment keep saying offline it was very annoying.

I liked the location,the breakfast, the Hotel and rooms were really clean. The bed was comfortable and the decor was updated

It was clean enough the breakfast was decent our room was located at the very front of the hallway where there was a lot of people walking back and forth at all hours

I didn't realize they were going to charge for parking I couldn't get an Uber to pick me up if that's a hotel I couldn't find out why the pillows were horrible the air conditioner was either super freezing in the room or hot you couldn't get anything in between the water pressure was not good there's no table to set anything down in the bathroom again our room was right in the front downstairs and we couldn't open our curtains cuz people could look straight in so we had no good Lighting in the room

Overall except the breakfast everything was good. Pool is small but good.

Excellent kitchen , location and decent room size. Family enjoyed staying there. On the house anytime coffee/tea and board games and other equipment to borrow ore was really very good.

Vegeterian/Vegan options in the breakfast should have been there at least more. The only bread that is available is Bagel and some times English muffins. Please add whole wheat option at least.

It was not the most pleasant experience. For soem reason they keeep giving us differently abled room

The staff was ok in the starting when they gave us the room. The room was differently shoes , dirty , smelling , full of fungus growth and untidy. When requested for another one we were given differently abled room again. Upon requesting for he second time the staff was rude n said it’s the final change and when I requested him can we get a normal room it’s when we got the room in the hotel which wasn’t smelly.

I would book again.

The room was really nice and the bed was very comfortable. Really quiet most of the time, but if you're on the pool side it can get pretty loud with children playing in the pool. Didn't bother me, but I could see it being an issue if someone needed to sleep during the day. Everything worked as it should.

It was fine. I would not stay again but I appreciate the staff’s helpfulness and understanding.

How big the rooms were. How accepting and kind the staff was.

The water pressure was weak. The shower didn’t have a door? A pipe was leaking the whole time we were there. The place was really dirty the mattress was yellow the floor made your feet black the shower had some scum. The pillows feel as if your sleeping in a sheet of plush paper.

Ok hotel for short stay, only 2 adults max in room

Location was fine, good parking in front of the building.

We paid for 3 adults but only the bed was fine to sleep, the sofa was really bad and it’s not build for adult, the Mattrace was horrible and you could feel all wires. Also we didn’t have bedsheets in the room and needed to wait for them for almost an hour in the middle of the night.

The worst experience I have had with a hotel EVER

Nothing.

The front desk girl had massive attitude. Would not honor the price that Priceline booked the room for. Tried to charge my card multiple times for almost $100 more than I was quoted. Wanted to charge $4 per vehicle per day for uncovered, ungated parking. Not even a parking garage.
