Hotel is near the mall with many dining options. Easy highway access. Quite area. One of the elevator doors is comically slow. Made us laugh each time we used it. Clean and comfortable. The room we stayed in had been updated. Beds extremely comfortable. All of the staff attentive and pleasant. We had an issue with Booking.com and the young man at the desk took care of it all and had our reservation completed in no time. Breakfast buffet had several hot and cold options. Workout facility is nice with several machines, workout bench and a nice set of weights, medicine balls. It offers seating, cold drinking water dispenser and towels. We have stayed at this location in the past and it never disappoints. We will definitely stay again.

Large and spacious, great take dogs, friendly staff.

Pool opens at 9:00 am, went in just after, got changed to find the staff telling us they were going to add chemicals and would not be ready for an hour. Checkout was 11am. We chose this hotel as we had toddlers and wanted to burn off some energy before we travelled again. Had to get kids dressed again and explain they couldn’t play. When talked with staff the pool guy doesn’t start till 9:00 so he has to do it then, so please don’t advertise pool is open at 9:00 when it’s not going to be open then or get the pool guy in earlier, it’s really not that hard to anticipate this kind of stuff. Any one who travels with toddlers will appreciate this sort of stuff, can’t believe we spent $225 for one night and people don’t think about this sort of thing.
