Location - quiet east end of PCB. Ocean front.

everything was great. No complaints.

We stayed here last year spring break too. Nice comfortable place with great ocean view

The condo was comfortable. It had the basics in the kitchen, most important to me was the choice of coffee pot and single brew Keurig. Refrigerator was clean. View from balcony was wonderful. Going from room to parking deck was easy. As was room to pool and beach.

PSA, parking on 3rd level of deck provides your luggage carts and access to building elevators via skywalk. Get your parking pass for your vehicle ASAP or you will receive a parking violation.

A-1 location on the Beach, two swimming pools with hot tubs, Schooner's right next door. Parking garage across street and cost included in rental. Furniture was comfortable, WiFi was good. When we notified the office re: maintenance and cleanliness, they were very responsive and I expect that those issues will be fixed. It would then be a very nice condo. We forgot some articles and owner/rep located them and shipped them back to us. Were always professional and helpful in any contact with the owner/rep.

Bed was fair, Kitchen and both Baths need thorough cleaning, Housekeeping did a poor job (didn't clean at all?) prepping the condo for new visitors. All floors dirty, baseboards dirty, inside kitchen floor very dirty, cabinets and bottom of oven drawer grimy with old food particles. Dish washer leaked. Dryer very noisy when operating. Needs measuring cups and measuring spoons. The tooth brush holders and soap trays were caked with old toothpaste and soap (health hazard!). This property requires some updates, deep cleaning & painting.
