The great room is decorated in coastal hues sure to help you kick back and relax. The great room features a queen sized sofa sleeper and matching loveseat with a large flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Step out onto your balcony and enjoy the most spectacular views of The Gulf. The balcony is fully furnished with plenty of chairs and tables so you can enjoy coffee in the morning, watching the beach action all day long and checking out the incredible Gulf sunsets. Your dining table seats 4 with an additional seating for 3 at the bar. Family meals and game nights are so much fun!
The large gourmet kitchen has a view, too and an an eat-in breakfast bar with seating for 3. This kitchen is well equipped to prepare everything from a fancy meal to a simple snack. We provide all the dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware and bake ware you'll need. The stacked laundry set is located just off the kitchen in the hallway for your convenience. We also provide an iron and ironing board for your convenience.
The Seychelles Main Suite is your oasis with a luxurious king-sized bed with silky soft sheets. A large flat screen TV makes this your private oasis. The Main Suite Bath offers a tub/shower combo and vanity. Step out of the shower and dry off with the large fluffy white towels!
The Crew's Quarters bunk area is perfect for the youngsters, it includes a twin over twin bunk set. Bunk beds are for use by persons under 100 pounds only, please.
You'll enjoy the two sparkling beachfront pools and a hot tub for your enjoyment. These are right on the beach! The fitness center is free for guests to use. The grilling area is available on the top floor of the parking deck. The beach kiosk has chair rentals available and also parasailing and other beach activities, right in your "backyard."
Parking is limited to one space-your rental includes one parking pass for a space in the parking deck. Parking on property is limited and rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. Emerald Beach Properties offers free parking at our office if you need to bring more than one car.
Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside condo.

The pictures don’t lie about how close to the beach. It’s a beautiful view from the balcony.

Our trip was great because we were at PCB but the overall experience could have been better. The cons: Upon arrival we noticed the floors looked barely swept and the kitchen counters and dining table were dirty. Thankfully I packed disinfectant wipes so that I could immediately clean it myself. I could have called housekeeping but it was after 5pm on a Saturday so doing it myself was faster. As I was wiping everything down I noticed to blood stains on the hallway wall and kitchen bar area wall and immediately wiped those clean. If you walked barefoot through the condo for more than 5 mins the bottom of your feet were black, again thankfully I packed us flip flops and house shoes. The living room furniture is stained up and could use a good cleaning. The bedroom bathtub does not drain so as you shower your standing in water up to your shins by the time you get out. The elevators, there are 3 and only 2 of them were working the entire week. Multiple times throughout the week one of the working elevators would be down. We actually ran into a pregnant woman and her toddler running out of one scared to death because she had been stuck and finally it let her off on our floor (16) while we were waiting to get on. She didn’t have her phone so I let her use mine to call her husband. We ended up having to take the stairs one night and climbing 16 flights of stairs was misery! I never was quite sure who texted me letting me know our room was ready. I communicated a little using that same number to text throughout the trip but it was never clear if I was talking to an owner or property manager. The text were not personable at all. If you have more than one vehicle, the second vehicle is asked to park 3.7 miles down the road which is extremely inconvenient.
The pros: All the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of extra pillows, blankets, and towels. The wash machine and dryer worked great and quickly. The dishwasher worked great and was convenient to have. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed. Having access to Netflix in the living room was great. The view is amazing. The staff we met was nice.
