Clean…. Safe area…. Great Staff…. Value for the money
Toilet paper holder was put in a place when sitting on the toilet you could not reach comfortably…. No exhaust fan in the bathroom… with the door open it still was very steamy in the bathroom… No one serviced our room in 5 days…. We had to get towels each day and another roll of toilet paper as well as emptied our trash 2 times….

Very clean, comfortable beds, and quiet.
My husband was disappointed in the fitness room. Only sets of weights were in the upper range, no wipes for the bench, and no water cooler.

Lot space in the room, well equipped, 24/7 coffee bar (inclusively decaf)
No breakfast offered, gym incomplete and poorly equipped (weights obviously stolen, no mats, limited training opportunities - worst gym ever seen in an IHG hotel)
