    The location is great and about 20mins from everything. TGIF is right across the parking lot if you ever want to go for a free drinks out even enjoy music after 11 I think it is. The only issues I would say is staying here you pay for parking ($14/day) TGIF also shares the same parking lot making it hard to find parking you have to pay for. My recommendation to the hotel would be to add microwaves in the same location as the ice machine. We had a great stay and will stay here ever trip we make to Philly.

    Let me start by saying the front desk staff was excellent. They were helpful and friendly as were other staff member we ran into during our visit. The rest of the place needs work or maybe more staff. We arrived at checkin time and our room was not ready. We had to wait atleast an hour to get our room. I understand this happens, people run late, maybe they were short staffed but it was frustrating because we had an event we wanted to get ready for and leave. Once we got in the room, it seemed okay at first glance but it was definitely cleaned in a haste. There was a dirty plastic fork under the table by the TV and the bedroom area floors didn’t look like it had been bad vacuumed thoroughly and the bathroom floor was just not clean at all. There wasn’t any hand soap either which was a pain when you wanted to wash your hands. I did put in a request for soap on the app but never received it. I ended up Going to Target next door and purchasing my own. The hotel has potential but they need to step up their game when cleaning and restocking things in the room.
