The location was amazing. They have plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for your beach day. Facility was well cap at least on our floor. The smell was very good upon entering. The building was secure with lot code entry.
It’s a slight moldy smell maybe from the washroom downstairs upon entering the building. The elevators are extremely small.

Loved the apartment, immaculately kept.
The apartment was spotless. Exactly as shown in the photos. 5 stars for that, beach just minutes away. However the building and elevator smelled damp and weren't very well maintained
