Great apartment and amazing location. Just steps to the beach apartment is nicely furnished, and very bright as on the pictures. Host is is very accommodating

Het was erg makkelijk om het appartement te vinden. Er waren duidelijke instructies van de host over de codes. Het appartement heeft een uitstekende lokatie. Het is een rustige omgeving, twee minuten lopen naar het strand en een korte rit naar Ocean Drive. De communicatie met de host was uitstekend. De host reageerde snel en vriendelijk.
Wij zouden zeker terug willen komen, als we nog een keer in Miami zijn.
De Wi-Fi is een beetje traag.

The place is close to the south end of the miami beach which is a plus.
The lift was broken, apparently from atleast 1 month before we arrived now that I read older reviews. I was with my old aged parents and this was a bummer. This really affected our plans, since they could not climb up and down multiple times. I would not recommend this to old people.
It does not have dedicated parking and my car was toed away even from an authorized parking area next to the apartment which made my trip a hell because rental cars won't be returned for 5-7 business days per their rule once towed and would accrue a huge fine for towing + rent for those 7 days to rental company + huge fine/day to towing company, so do keep this in mind too.
