Villas at Laguna Bay

A casa é antiga, decoração antiga, mas muito confortavel. Possui pé direito alto, janela grande que permitem a entrada de muita luminosidade. Condominio bem conservado, boa piscina aquecida. Há 20 minutos de distaância da Disney. Foi muito prático para a nossa estadia esta proximidade com os parques. The house is old, with old-fashioned decor, but very comfortable. It has high ceilings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The condominium is well-maintained and has a good heated pool. It's 20 minutes away from Disney. This proximity to the parks was very convenient for our stay.

As escada eram de madeira com piso de aluminio de espessura fina, então flambavam sempre que pisavamos nos degrau, isso deixava a minha mae e minha sogra que sao idosas com muita dificuldade no momento de descer as escadas. The stairs were made of wood with thin aluminum treads, so they would buckle whenever we stepped on them. This made it very difficult for my elderly mother and mother-in-law to go down the stairs.

Fabulous location close to the US192, plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. 6minute drive to Walmart, within 15minutes of Disney and 35mins of Universal. House is in a friendly community with great shared pool and spa facilities. The decor has character and feels homely. Full kitchen with all appliances, cups, plates, silverware and cooking utensils you could possibly need. Living area was comfortable and dining table big enough to sit 6 comfortably. Breakfast bar seating was an added bonus for casual dining. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels available. Bedrooms were spacious with lots of storage options and the beds were very comfortable. Check in/out was self service with a code lock on the door which was really convenient and straightforward. Point to note: there are steps up to the property so may not be accessible to all, but this wasn't an issue for us. Overall the home was very clean and comfortable, much more spacious inside than the pictures suggest, and we would definitely return. Fantastic value for money.

To be expected in a hot country, we did have a few insect visitors during our stay. Some cracks around skirting boards allowed some ants into the home but this was easily rectified and the provided sweeping brush and spray mop allowed us to keep the tiled floors clean to prevent this being too big an issue. One piece of feedback is that the deadbolt lock on the entrance/exit door was low enough for our SEN 4 year old son to reach, and it wasnt quite strong/tight enough to prevent him from turning it and opening the door. He is a runner, so we did have to catch him a few times which was a bit of a concern with the road outside and the open lake just around the corner. Thankfully the neighbours were also very alert, and friendly when he tried to run into their apartment! I would say an extra chain lock or higher deadbolt would be beneficial for added piece of mind.

Excelente! Todo me gustó. La casa muy cómoda, espaciosa, con todo funcional. Cocina muy completa, con sus utensilios en excelentes condiciones. Sin duda me volvería a quedar. Muy buena ubicación

Sehr gute Lage zum Disney World und anderen Freizeit Möglichkeiten. Auch zum Einkaufen gibt es direkt zwei Straßen weiter einen großen Walmart. Der Pool und der Spa Bereich waren auch toll

Die Wohnung ist einem nicht guten Zustand und auch sehr staubig,die Lamellen zum verdunkeln der Fenster waren zum Teil abgebrochen. Unter der spühlmaschiene ist es sehr schimmelig. Die Betten sind nur Liegepritschen
