The Villas at Laguna Bay boasts a lot of amenities which include a sauna, hot tub, swimming pool, playground, tennis court and picnic areas.
This condo has an open floor plan with large windows in the living room which provide ample natural light. Lots of counter and cabinet space with a closet pantry and breakfast bar. A Larger Master bedroom with oversized shower, walk in closet and ceiling fan for your comfort. All appliances included. Washer and dryer inside this condo.
This vacation rental is located on the second floor with stairs. The property has been professionally staged and decorated with high quality mattresses and Roku Tv's on each bedroom, as well as Fully Equipped Kitchen that has everything you could possibly need, you just need to bring your clothes for a fabulous vacation.
You'll enjoy the convenient location of this residence just under 20 minutes from Disney World, close to Universal theme parks, Orlando's famous shopping, excellent golf courses and incredible restaurants.
Pets are welcome on request with additional pet fee of $120.

Everything was great. It looked like the floor had received some damage from previous tenants/ guests. This always worries me if it hasn't been noted in the rental - because I want to be sure the host knows it was not done by my party. This was the only glitch in our stay...everything else was perfect, easy and the hosts were great to deal with.
