Very clean. Easy access to Orlando attractions. Also very quiet which was nice after a day at the theme parks. Would definitely stay here again.

-convenient to Disney
-quiet neighborhood
-easy check in
-responsive owners
-beds fairly comfortable
Cons
-lack of cleanliness (my 4 year old found a razor from a previous guest on the ground in the shower, black curly hairs on windowsill in master bathroom, grout in shower/bathroom was moldy)
-furniture was cheap/worn. (Faux leather dining chairs were peeling leaving pieces all over, couch felt like it had sewn better days)
-very thin bedding/coverlet and no blankets
