This is an amazing, modern villa with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a wc, built on a hillside of a picturesque village very close to Rethymno city. Amazing view and just 10-15 minutes walking distance to the beach.

An amazing, brand new, modern villa with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 full and one WC), built on a hillside of the picturesque village called Gerani very close to Rethymno city, just 7 kms away. Spectacular view of the nearby area and just 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. Its very close to super market, bakery, a few restaurants and the amazing beach in less than 1 km.
What makes this villa unique is that combines the short distance to everything you may need during your stay, all the facilities and comfort you need to relax and enjoy your holiday. There is easy access to motorway to visit beautiful cities like Rethymno (7km) and Chania (52km), sightseeings, places with amazing natural beauty!
Indoors
The villa covers about 225 sq.m devided into three levels with modern architectural details and design. There are 4 bedrooms in total, with maximum occupancy of 8 people. It offers 2 fully equipped bathrooms, a WC and each bedroom has access to a balcony, a two - level yard with flowers and lawn ideal for kids and a private swimming pool . It is large enough for one, two or three families and provides you everything in order to feel like home!
On the ground floor, you can reach two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), a wc and one bathroom with a large bath tab. An upper staircase takes you to an open plan area where the spacious living room is along with the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. From this floor there is direct access to a balcony with relaxing furniture to enjoy the amazing sea view and the beautiful sunset while you enjoy your meal or cocktail!
A lower staircase from the ground floor will lead you to two more bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds) . All bedrooms enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding area and are airy and sunny!
At the same level there is one bathroom and a cozy living room with comfortable sofa and fireplace. From the living room there is direct access to the pool area and some view! All over the house and the premises there is free access to wifi and cooling fans.
Outdoors
The outdoor area is approximately 775 sq.m. garden and yard with private swimming pool, barbeque and sitting/ dining area.
It also has a 2-level fenced yard and garden with flowers and local plants where you can enjoy the relaxing natural environment! You can either relax under the shaded sitting area, use the bbq or swim in our spacious swimming pool. The spacious garden with flowers and lawn create a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere and promise unforgettable days and nights under the Cretan sky. In addition there is secure parking space.
Dining outdoors is an experience you should definitely try and you most certainly will love it!

Our villa is located very close to Rethymno city center. You are very close to everything you can possible need to have great time on your holidays! Just a few meters away from beach, restaurants, super market, bakery.... The area is also known for the Gerani cave which is a small treasure of nature.
The Historical Old City center of Rethymno is just 10min away where you can discover the venetian beauty of our (URL HIDDEN) not forget to visit our Fortress Fortezza, the Old Port - Light House and walk around in the romantic old town.

Our villa is very close to motorway which makes very easy your access to other cities like Rethymno and Chania.
Car is advisable in order to explore many places and I can help you in renting one (from the airport) with 5% discount. We can help you make any kind of arrangements prior or during your stay such as car hire, boat trips, excursions etc!

We had a wonderful two-week stay at the villa, enjoying a perfect mix of lazy days by the pool and exploring local beaches and sights with our rental car. The villa itself was spacious, spotless, and offered plenty of privacy, making it an ideal family retreat.A short walk took us into the nearby village, which felt authentically local and featured well-stocked supermarkets, a charming bakery, and a great selection of restaurants. Just a short drive away, we found a beautiful long sandy beach lined with small, welcoming tavernas—perfect for relaxing afternoons.Overall, it was a peaceful and memorable holiday, and we’d happily return.

A very pleasant week at Villa Emma! Everything was great and the contact with agent was perfect. Great with walking distance to super markets, bakery and restaurants. Nice music from conserts in village reached the villa by night!Best beach 10 minutes from villa by car - Episkopi Beach!We really recommend this villa for families looking for a nice and relaxing holiday!/Two swedish families with 4 teenagers

I’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Villa Emma. The property is spacious and well furnished with a really nice pool. I would really recommend having a car while you are there. The “walkable” beach is a pebble beach and not that great for swimming. Episkopi beach is much nicer but is a drive away. The village of Gerani which is walkable is vibrant with nice restaurants, bars, coffee shops and a bakery plus a couple of supermarkets which were well stocked. Rethymno town which is fully of restaurants, bars, etc. is a great day out but is also a drive away. All in all we had a lovely holiday and would definitely recommend staying there.
