The proximity to Davis Square, the quiet side street and free parking. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
Stairs are steep and narrow but typical of an older home and we were aware of that in advance. It might not work for some guests.

Christina was a great hostess, very helpful and accommodating. Property was quiet and private just steps from Davis Square. Quiet, effective central a/c during a hot spell. Large nice well-equipped kitchen/dining space and large comfy living room as shared community space. Nice croissants, blueberry muffins, banana bread, yogurt, cereal and coffee breakfasts. Easy parking. Nice vibe. Two stops from Harvard Square.
