The breakfast was excellet, with a lot of good and healthy food. The staff Jacqueline was extremely helpful and friendly.
The poor service in replying to my emails, repeatedly, asking for an early check-in. After sending 2-3 emails with no reply, I had to call the front desk who then helped me and made an observation about my early check-in request. This lack of response is not acceptable.
