Apartments Sea Shore Split

Hmmmmm, how can i rate Apartman Sea Shore Split? It starts with a lovely owner Matea that used a technique to save a parking space in front of the apartment. The cold apartment barelly needs air conditioning as its on the good side of the building. The kitchen has everything you need for a full week or more of an accomodation. The living room has a couch that extends, 4 people sit very relaxed on it, watching the big TV in front. Beds are tall, springs, in my opinion, very good and comfy The bathroom has a boiler and it needs once a day turning on for hot water, but we showered 4 of us with 1 hour of boiler being turned on. The apartment has character, has a public parking in front, a couple of ropes to dry your clothes in front, an air conditioned living room and kitchen, the rooms are good, a bit warm on the night time but timer on the air conditioner and you're sorted ! Lovely lovely place! Thank you Matea, was a pleasure, Daniel P.s. Beach 3 minutes by car, 1 euro per hour (august 2026)

!!! FABULOUS !!! This was one of the most pleasant stays that we have had in the past many years ! The hostess was waiting for us at the Appartment, near the time of our arrival at the property. She was not only welcoming but was also very professional in explaining us about the facilities of this wonderful Apartment on the ground floor. Everything which was promised on the Booking website was there. The Apartment was spic-and-span. I would rate this property on cleanliness & preparedness, 10 on 10. Further, the hostess was very helpful. She also suggested us places around to visit, Grocery shopping malls nearby & wonderful Restaurants for our dinners, in our short stay of 3 to 4 days. The boat-trip organizers to Blue-Cave and Blue-Lagoon were also suggested by her. The hostess was living in next Apartment and for any small help, the response was very quick. The facilities provided and the equipment was up-to-the-mark. Even the dishwasher tablets were provided (we do not see this much preparedness on many rented Apartments) !!! It was a much memorable & enjoyable stay in Croatia. It is not only the warmth of the country and the people here that is lovable, but our stay at "Apartment Sea Shore Split" had a big role to play to give us the perfect vacation. On our check-out day, the hostess was also very flexible in letting us keep our luggage at her home, so that we could visit the city center only with our bag-packs & then collect our luggage by late evening before we took our return flight. We would like to visit Croatia again and when possible, would like to stay again at "Apartment Sea Shore Split". Thank you so much & our best wishes !!!

The communication with the host was always fast and she answered any questions we had. The apartment is not that close to the old town, but the location was still good, we were only a few minutes walk from the supermarket, bar etc. It was also very easy to get an Uber into the old town for less than 50kn (most of the time).

The studio apartment is incredibly small, there isn't really any space to store your luggage so we had to leave all our things in the kitchen area so it was difficult to open the fridge or get to the sink. The bathroom was nice but the shower always sprayed water all over the floor. It would have been great if we were left some things like detergent for our laundry or even a small shower gel etc. Walking around the bed to get to the bathroom was very cramped. Maybe enough space for a lone traveller but not a couple. Not good value for money considering the size.
