The hotel was amazing. From check in to check out the experience was great. The staff were excellent. Location was perfect! Food in Marsh House was great as was the bar LA Jackson on the roof and coffee in lobby at Killebrew's. Filtered water the hallways for all - first time I've ever experienced that!!

Overall the hotel was lovely and we had a great night's sleep with no issues. The location in the Gulch neighborhood is fantastic and makes it easy to explore the city.
The hotel advertises a rooftop bar as an amenity, but at check-in, we were told it "gets long lines" and were directed to just use the lobby bar instead. That feels like false advertising. There is also no pool, which feels like a significant oversight for a hotel in a city like Nashville. On top of that, there is no outdoor space for guests at all. When the rooftop bar is closed, guests cannot access the roof, even just to sit and relax. At the very least, the hotel should allow guests up there with a book, even if the bar itself is not in service.

Very good location. Room service was also good and fast.
The rooms were mediocre. Our room (on the 11th floor) was actually quite loud from the rooftop bar. The charge for overnight parking ($54 plus taxes) was ridiculous. In general, for what we paid (over $500/night with taxes), the hotel was pretty mediocre.
