Breakfast was very nice and some of the employees were exceptional and others not so much.
We were charged more than we could have been through a third party. I was encourage to use your app. I did and it cost us more.

Safe area, clean.
Breakfast was ok, food not refilled. I felt neglected by staff and waited over an hour for washcloths. When I called, they told me to come get them. My daughter and then my husband went down and were told they will be brought.
