The Cottages at Captain Gosnold Village

CLean peaceful and relatively updated. Except tubs/showers.

This is a charming little property of well kept cottages on a lovely grassy area centered around a clean and inviting pool. The proximity to multiple Hyannis beaches as well as the Main Street shops and restaurants makes it an unbeatable location.

The beds in the unit we stayed in need to be updated/ improved. Other than that, it was very cozy.

6abc -3 bedroom cottage was excellent. Grounds are lovely, location great.

Cottage 16 B is in dire need of a complete update. Dark, musty, cluttered. Pool was closed the day we arrived and opened only for the afternoon on Sunday. We are a family of swimmers and expected the pool to be available throughout our stay - it's August! and having a nice pool was one of the main reasons we chose to stay at Captain Gosnold Village. Communication with Rialto staff was awkward. I believe they are located in Orlando? Would be better to have someone local to deal with for any questions or problems.

I loved the landscaping and the way the unit was decorated very cute. The shower was very nice and there was everything you needed to cook something to eat. For the most part it was very quiet and walking distance to a few beaches.

I didn't like the musty odor that was very strong. I tried to spray stuff and used candles but it didn't help. The deck chairs were dirty and faded and there wasn't an umbrella. The pool looked like it was ready but was closed. There were small ants in the rooms and in the middle of the night some alarm beeping went off twice. No one answered when I called the second time. The units were connected and the walls were thin hearing your neighbors. I thought the cottages would be separate not adjoined.
