Marine and Airborne Activities: As you drive over the Sagamore or Bourne Bridge, plan some time to ride bikes and picnic along the Cape Cod Canal. Whale Watch excursions from Barnstable Harbor or Provincetown will take you to Stellwagen Banks and Seal Cruises are available in Chatham to Monomoy Island. There are over 35 beaches to explore if you care to drive outside of Hyannis. There are 10 lighthouses to visit that span the 90 miles of Cape Cod with panoramic views and amazing history. Hyannis Harbor Cruises and Fishing excursions leave from the Ocean Street Dock along with the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. The Hyannis Yacht Club hosts the famous annual Figawi Race.
Parasailing, sail/motor boat, jet ski and kayak rentals fit everyone's ability and sense of adventure.

The Cape Cod Children's Museum in Mashpee teaches children and adults how to play and learn. See the works of historic and current Cape artists at the Cape Cod Art Museum in Dennis. The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster will immerse you in Cape habitat. The Heritage Museums and Gardens with the J.K.Lilly Automobile Collection, world famous rhododendrons and spring bulbs, and antique carved carousel and folk will keep the whole family entertained.
