The accommodation is located in a lush olive grove of about 10 hectares, ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation in perfect harmony with unspoiled nature. The fund is used not only for olive groves and orchards but also for grazing sheep, goats and farmyard animals. The property also, slightly elevated above sea level, allows you to enjoy breathtaking views, unforgettable sunsets, starry nights. A balcony overlooking the sea, from which the coast from Cefalù to Capo D'Orlando and in front of the Aeolian Islands will be visible.
The accommodation has an area of about 45 square meters and consists of a large double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen-living room in which there is an additional single sofa bed. The kitchenette is also very comfortable, equipped with a 4-burner stove with oven, fridge and everything you need to be perfectly independent: tablecloths, pans, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, coffee maker, etc ... Bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower. TV and air conditioning. Outside, a small terrace with a roof with tables and chairs to enjoy dinners listening to the sounds of nature. Barbecue available. Very peaceful and relaxing break in a quiet area of Sicily on the west coast. Within easy driving distance of Cefalù and into the Parco dei Nebrodi. Bungalow has everything required for self catering and is situated in an idyllic little spot on the hills set back from the coast by 1km or so.
Ideal for an unwind but plenty within driving distance (car definitely required) for anyone wanting to be more energetic.
