Typical Sicilian house in a quiet village near Cefalù

Updated and working towards finishing. Great space and view of the town. Second time we stayed here and it’s gets better everytime. Owners are easy to work with and accommodating.

The owners were very helpful, and was able to communicate with us really well. The home was perfect for our getaway. Clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable the duration of our stay. The locals were very friendly and very helpful. there was a slight language barrier but with the help of google translate we got along just fine. The locals got a laugh as well. If your looking to stay in a place and get away from the touristy crowds. Its not far from bigger towns this is the area to go. The washer worked great, we were able to cook our meal each night, the kitchen had everything we needed to do so, great view from the back balcony, easy to get to from central parking area, there's a market that goes every week where many vendors bring in an array of meat and veggies to choose from, close to the beach, several cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend to friends and family. Can't say anything but great things about the owners.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for one month. It was an incredible experience. The people in the small town were very helpful and kind to us. The apartment was cozy and had all of the necessary amenities. I would not recommend staying in this location if you do not understand or speak Italian. We had a background in the language but still struggled with the language barrier a little bit. Also I recommend renting a car, we did not and we survived but if you are looking to travel to surrounding cities and the marina it would be easiest with one. Overall, we had a great time in Caronia, the home owners were kind and everyone we met amazed us with their hospitality. If you are looking for an adventure and want to meet authentic kind-hearted Italians this is the home for you!
