If it’s a good price, go for it.

Super friendly and attentive staff at check-in. She even gave us a tour and lead us to our room! Extremely dog friendly and dog fee was only $25. The common areas are thoughtfully made for lounging and gathering. A cuteness permeates the place, which offsets the dated facility limitations. Room price was excellent, like it fell straight out of 2015. (off season, Sunday night).

The shower nozzle was a little funky with low flow and odd coming from the ceiling. Property is an old facility so it has a few quirks, imperfections and areas that need renovations.

A great, budget-friendly option in a beautiful city.

First off: the staff are fantastic. They were friendly, accommodating, communicated well before the trip (I needed a late check-in), and provided me a free room upgrade when capacity allowed. The facilities are nice. The pool area is cute, available all hours, clean, and comfortable. The wifi was fast, free and never once went down. The free coffee machine grinds beans to order, makes a variety of drinks, and is available 24/7. Some reviews have complained about the road noise (which is definitely present), but I feel clever mitigating efforts have been made such as a water feature that masks much of the noise. But certainly, if you're a sensitive sleeper, consider this factor.

The property IS dated, and this shows in some superficial ways, but also some meaningful ways. I did not find the mattresses particularly comfortable. They seemed a bit overused. The TVs are also a bit dated and finicky. And the electrical system seems to cause brown-outs in some of the lighting from time to time. In short: This is a budget hotel option in a region that offers a lot of luxury. Know what you're booking and if you need every comfort, then you need to look elsewhere and spend more.

More personality than a big hotel, a little on the dingy side even though it’s clean.

It’s cute and well decorated. They also allowed me to check in early even though they were extremely busy. The breakfast coupons are to a restaurant down the road and the food was really good!

It was definitely older and the parking was tight. There was no light for in the shower (that we found). The bathroom was lit so it was ok but the actual shower was dark.

Perfect Palms Springs feeling.

I love that it has history. It was exactly the type of place I love. The room was very comfortable, and the shower pressure was perfect for my achy back. We work off of our computers, and we were delighted with the courtyard. While working felt like we were in a tropical setting, and could sit on their comfortable outdoor furniture. The pool was at a perfect temperature. The location was perfect for a husband who doesn't like to drive far from restaurants. The breakfast voucher was a surprise.

There's nothing that I didn't like. We look forward to our next visit.

This is a cute mid century hotel in a good location in Palm Springs.

The location was great and the room size was good. We also had breakfast as part of our booking which was provided at a diner a couple of blocks away. The breakfast was great.

Noise from outside and the room above could be heard in our room at night. We were unlucky because there were all night roadworks on our first night and on the second night there were noisy guest arriving back at 1am! The hotel did provide earplugs, which we needed to use during our 2 night stay. I expect that the roadworks are complete by now because we stayed in March.

Best bank for the buck, warm and friendly hotel close to everything

Rick's Restaurant was awesome at serving us our breakfast, servers were super nice and treated the people from the Inn with complimentary breakfast as a regular paying customer that we ordered something extra both days. The lady at the front office was super awesome and proactively explained to us the nearby attractions and asked us if we needed anything at all the 2nd day and left us things outside the door, their free coffee machines in the lobby were very tempting and the lobby was a good hangout area for my kid while we both ended up working from the hotel half day Friday (one inside the room & another in the lobby with the kid).

The bathrooms at the inn were open and so water would splash into the toilet sink area.

Nice place. Would return if back in Palm Springs

Good location. Nicely set out private little place. Rooms are nice and spacious too. Bathrooms and kitchen areas could do with an update but everything worked perfectly fine so no complaints. Staff were super friendly and helpful whenever we needed them and have a great coffee machine in the communal area that’s complementary.

Lovely stay in an small artsy hotel

The property has lots of personality, very friendly staff, and good amenities. In the evening, the walk into town is an easy 30 minute stroll. They have bikes to borrow for free - if you venture into downtown during the day, we highly recommend doing so to reduce the very hot walk. Breakfast with vouchers at Rick's was excellent. Very strong and hot shower. A/C in unit worked well. Love the local art all around the site! We didn't use the pool, but looks well kept with towels provided.

Decent location hotel in need of some investment

Only stayed one night and it was OK. Decent location for the cable car ride. Breakfast voucher was for a diner a couple of blocks away and it was good quality. Parking was right outside the hotel which was great. Staff were helpful.

Whole place feels dated but not in a retro chic way just tired. Breakfast was a good ten minutes walk away and the voucher option was extremely limited so if you want to grab a bite and go then you probably wouldn't go there. For the price this was below expectations.

Comforatble rooms surrounding a lovely pool make for peaceful stay at the Inn at Palm Springs

The managing team was friendly, and accommodating. They gave me a choice of chips for my hummus :-) A tremendous plus was the Italian restaurant across the street. Antonello Zito, the owner of Palmina by Puglia, was crowned the grand champion of "Chopped Battle Italiano."

I wish there had been a continental breakfast at the Inn. I'm sure their restaurant breakfast would've been good, but I didn't have time to take advantage of that.

Great location cute small inn, great value but if you’re looking for something comfortable better pick another place.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I liked that the hotel offers breakfast at the nearby restaurant.

The floor was not very clean and also the acoustics was terrible. I couldn’t fall asleep because of the person above us walking back and forth and the floor will squeak until 10pm and back again at 6 am. Also the person next door had loud music which the staff was kind enough to ask him to lower.

This place is so charming! It has a beautiful outdoor area with a heated pool. It also has a small gym as well as bicycles to use during your visit. The coffee is fresh and very good, and breakfast is included, which is served at Rick’s, a great place just a few blocks away. The owners are very nice and helpful, and we really appreciated the local knowledge they shared with us. The rooms are well decorated and have everything you need.

Very cozy and comfortable, with a warm and welcoming staff. The room was larger than we were expecting and very clean. 24 hour access to a phenomenal coffee machine and bicycles available for exploring the area.

It is a bit farther to the downtown Palm Springs area than we anticipated.

Quaint little place with great service

Location is excellent! Their check-in staff was friendly and even showed us around. Great service. The breakfast at Rick’s is amazing from 7am to 2pm so there is no rush. Plus you get hearty option of eggs, hash brown, toast and coffee. The place was quaint. Room was a little too small and felt tight but luckily there is patio right outside which we loved hangin out at. The bed was super comfortable. Love the touches like the free coffee machine that included decaf options and even hot chocolate. Also filtered water machine was convenient. I would come back again but might see if they have a better room with more natural light.

We stayed for two nights. We had clean towels and trash was taken out but our bed was left unmade. I thought that was odd. I understand that they don’t need to change sheets for two nights but if they are cleaning the bathroom and rest of it why leave the bed unmade. Maybe she forgot?

We enjoyed our stay at the Inn at Palm Springs for the clean room, the pool, and the service.

We didn't have a chance to try the (included) breakfast because we had a really early start the next morning. We loved the room and the pool area. It was a nice, private, quiet spot on a main street convenient to central Palm Springs.

Next time I visit Palm Springs, I think I'd like to be closer to 'downtown' so that we can walk to the restaurants, bars, & shops.

Basic, Budget, Good for an overnight stop.

This place was good value for money and conveniently locataed for our one night stay. Free parking was a bonus and the receptionist was very frinedly and helpful. Free coffee in the lobby was also appreciated.

I can't agree with the overall rating of this hotel. At best it can be described as pleasant, certainly not fabulous. It was clean and tidy we did experience some very noisy guests in the pool early in the morning which could have been managed better. It's a basic, budget, clean hotel that is pleasant.
