The room was basic but It served the purpose of what we needed; a place to sleep that didn't break our budget, that felt safe and clean

Strange red light in the bathroom

Location, value, clean, staff on site, friendly.

Noisy AC/Heating unit. Bright wall mounted lights, no fan in bathroom. Bed pillows could be more comfortable. Pets allowed rooms too close, dogs barking and crying at times. Could hear upstairs guests walking around above our room.

Clean and quite very well kept

I was told they were not pet friendly only service dogs and I saw other dogs that were not service dogs and I was told at booking

The room had a decent size mini fridge and a microwave the beds were an ok size.

The bathtub was small and looked like it had been pathched up very poorly like it had been leaking from a previous stay, there was no shampoo or conditioner provided at all, Outlets in the room were scarce and hard to use to charge our phones the lighting situation was odd to say the least in the bathroom, it looked like the overhead light was ready to catch fire it made us very nervous. The color choice of the room did not look as nice as the pictures showed and they were not as crisp and relaxing as they could have been they made us feel a bit uncomfortable overall.
