Overall the location was great! The house was amazing. The neighborhood was quiet.
The beds was not comfortable at all the mattress felt old. The customer service department could be better I called because we had 2 men show up on the property claiming they was there to fix the washer and dryer. We was not notified by the staff that anybody would be stopping by so when I called to confirm if this was true or not I was on hold for 20 minutes with no response so i I just hung up, and no we did let them in nor did we open the door.

problems with the roku conection on all tvs, fixed beds that broke, problems with the a/c every day, there was not a day when the house was hot, all night even when you told me to regulate de a/c. neighbors parking on our sidewalk. main bedroom matress terrible. i did never got the access to the gym. there was no iron, (but they sen one a couple of days after i report it )
