About this house rental
This house is beautifully decorated and comfortable, light and spacious with it's wooden floors throughout with every amenity to make you feel right at home. The house and its surroundings are peaceful, in a safe quiet neighborhood. The large yard deck has comfortable outdoor seating including a table for the meals you just prepared on the Weber grill! The front deck is just as great to relax and take in the lazy days of summer. A leisurely stroll down the block and you're on the private beach! After an enjoyable day at the beach, or a walk on a hiking trail, return home and enjoy the outdoor cedar shower!
Visit the beautiful revitalized Southold town Main Street…boasting it's quaint shops, delicious farm to table restaurants and coffee shops with outdoor seating. Several wineries are located within the surrounding area including Greenport Harbor Brewery. Minutes away, and you're in the Village of Greenport with all that it offers, shopping and restaurants. Visit famous Love Lane in Mattituck where Friday nights, the street is closed to traffic, bustling with people enjoying live music and all the eateries, including the notable Village Cheese Shop!
Golf enthusiast? Bring your clubs! Private and public courses within minutes. Split your day with a quick Par 3 at Cedars Golf Club and the rest of the day visiting Vineyards! Time for more… Island’s End Golf Club for golfers of any skill level, boasting it’s majestic overlook of the Long Island Sound on hole 16. Lovely property, with easy access to a private, shared sandy beach. Perfect for a family vacation, with plenty of beach things (SUP, toys, chairs, bikes). Kristi was incredibly responsive and helpful, going out of her way to make this a wonderful vacation Would highly recommend

Wonderful vacation with my family and a big part of it was the house. Super clean and a great location in southold. Beach was a short walk as well as super convenient to a grocery store, wineries and breweries. A lot of amenities in the house which we took full advantage of. Would highly recommend!

This is a great relaxing spot in a convenient but quiet location. Short walk to a beautiful private beach. Very comfortable, easy no hassles place to stay. We enjoyed it!!
