COCONUT Penthouse at El Cantil - Oceanfront One Bedroom - Stunning Sunset Views!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. We were walking distance to all the town activities and had 2 supermarkets right across the street. The door attendant was very friendly and helpful, assisting us with getting a taxi as needed. We could not ask for a more beautiful view. It was nice having a living room separate from our bedroom which is not something you get at an all inclusive resort. I will definitely be coming back.

Wonderful place to stay with a a great view, comfortable furniture, stocked kitchen and wonderful location. Pool or ocean? Both right outside. We’d love to return for another stay!

Great spot located across the street from the grocery store(s) and the municipal buildings. Views down the strip are fun but the ocean views are amazing. Would definitely rent again

We stayed in two condos in El Cantil for a total of 8 nights and found it to be a fantastic community. (So much so that we toured a unit with a realtor). This ninth (top) floor one-bedroom unit had tons of windows, updated appliances and fixtures, and a gorgeous view. The office staff was very responsive and helpful, and the facility is very secure. The daily cleaning service is also great. One negative is that there is no elevator access to the top floor, as the elevator is shut down. You must take the elevator up to the 8th floor, walk down the hall, take the stairs to the 9th, scan your keycard, then walk down the hall to your unit, scan your keycard again, and you're finally home. Based on some postings in the elevator and discussion with the realtor, there appear to be some legal issues between the penthouse owner and the condo association. Hopefully, it is a short term problem.
