Located in the prestigious El Cantil Condominiums, our spacious 2,800-square-foot corner condo offers panoramic Caribbean views, resort-style amenities, and one of the best locations on the island. Whether you’re watching the sunrise from the wraparound balcony, snorkeling from the private pier, relaxing beside the infinity pool, or strolling into downtown San Miguel for dinner, you’ll have the very best of Cozumel right outside your door.

The Condo
Designed with comfort, relaxation, and gathering together in mind, the open-concept floor plan features soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and abundant natural light. Nearly every room captures beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea, El Cantil’s tropical grounds, or colorful San Miguel.
Our favorite place? The expansive wraparound balcony.
It’s where mornings begin with coffee as cruise ships arrive in port, afternoons are spent watching the endless shades of blue across the Caribbean, and evenings end with a favorite drink while the island settles into another beautiful sunset.

You’re just a short walk from many of Cozumel’s favorite restaurants, waterfront cafés, bakeries, grocery stores, and local shops. We can also help arrange grocery delivery or a private chef for a special evening at the condo.

The condo is also equipped with a professionally maintained reverse osmosis and UV water purification system, providing clean, great-tasting drinking water throughout. For guests who simply prefer bottled water, we’ve also provided a convenient 5-gallon purified water dispenser.

My family of 8 adults and 1 child just had a wonderful vacation at Shannon and Jeff’s El Cantil condo. Walking into the condo and seeing the stunning ocean view made this Midwesterner’s winter heart sing! The VRBO photos do not exaggerate how lovely this condo is.The location made shopping and restaurants easily walkable. There is a large grocery store across the street and another 1-2 blocks away. The kitchen is well equipped for family cooking and meals.The pool is warm! My grandson loved it and all adults in our group spent plenty of time soaking up the sun in and by the pool. Property manager, Sandy, directed us to Karina Solis at Photoexperience Tours for excursions. We chose a cenote trip and a snorkeling trip and enjoyed both.Property manager, Alex, had great restaurant recommendations and made every dinner reservation for us as well as stopping by a few times to make sure we had everything we needed.All staff at the property were very friendly and helpful.We appreciated the secure basement parking for our rental car.I can highly recommend a vacation here and look forward to more visits here for our family.

We had an incredible stay at El Cantil! Rooms were clean, spacious, and the location can’t be beat! With snorkeling gear, towels, and sunscreen, you’re set for any adventure. Dory (Shannon) was an incredible host and the team was amazing.
