Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Lancaster East at The Outlets

the room was clean and what i expected. we got the suite with extract space and was good. location was good. staff was friendly had no problem with them on checking in or out. the house keeping service was there came and cleaned on every day and gave us enough towels. everything worked in the room.

there was a few things we didn't like and i try to be picky but will name what i saw. on check in at 4:30 no room ready (suite)which was not a big deal for us we just went walking and eat out. came back and room was ready. now the room only thing was a problem is bathroom. the shower head as old and clogged up not spraying right and the floor they used in bathroom was supper slippery, had to put towels on floor just so kids don't fall after they did the first time. the pool was ok but there was no towels for us to use and look kind of old and the rallying little loose but not a big problem for use. My wife biggest problem was breakfast area. less variety than other Marriot we have stayed at and it just seem like staffing problem were one person running around doing everything, run out of every both morning like bananas , plates, drinks, etc. and even on table for coffee the pot was always empty.

I love the atmosphere and the staff. They were so cute and friendly with my children when we first checked in. They were super accommodating.

There was one male staff member who was not as friendly or personable. It was late at night but he didn't seem like he wanted to interact.

Near outlets

The mattress and pillows was too soft. The couch in our room had dirty spots on them.

The location was great.

The room was old and shabby.
