Excellent location. I was very pleasantly surprised.

There was no a/c and a few insects the first night, but the staff was very accommodating. I understand it’s nearly impossible to keep bugs out.

Grundsätzlich war alles sauber, aber man konnte erkennen, dass die Küchengeräte wohl seltenst benutzt wurden - alles klebte. Auch hätten wir uns bei unserer verspäteten Ankunft gewünscht, dass wir im Vorfeld den Öffnungscode nicht nur für die Wohnung, sondern auch für das Gate bekommen hätten.

The condo was spacious and the wrap-around lanai with ocean views was spectacular.

The kitchen is old with old appliances and dark wooden cabinets. The old white fridge has scratches and stains on it, which makes it appear dirty. There is also an ant issue in both the kitchen and both bathrooms -- small ants would be crawling everywhere. This place needs to be sprayed down asap. Also, there is no dead bolt on the front door. There is only one lock, and though our safety was never compromised, you'd think the owner would at least put in a dead bolt or second lock on the front door.
