The location is perfect! Quiet and a nice moutian view .....I loved sitting on the deck having my morning coffee. (See 3rd pic) Outdoor shower was amazing! Also the view from the living room window was so pretty! (See 2nd pic). The area has lots of outdoor fun too if you go to the right you have the river and lots of flat rocks to get to it and if you go to the left there is camping an hiking .....such a great spot yet super quiet
The upstairs shower is not fit for adults. I had to turn around and bend over to wash my hair and it was super slippery. It needs no slip stickers badly. But I only had to use it when it rained otherwise I used the amazing out door shower. We took our shoes off as soon as we got in the house, However, this made me aware that the floors were not swept. There was pebbles and sand everywhere from the driveway. As well as visable dust/dirt buildup between the fridge and counter(see first pic) I swept it alot while I was there. Other than that I would 100% stay again!

Lovely location. Checking in and out was easy. The home was clean and well appointed with everything we would need. Instructions were very clear.
The thing I disliked had less to do with the property itself and more to do with Vacasa. When we arrived, we noted that the fireplace was not working, and I contacted Vacasa immediately. One of the reasons we picked this property was to have a cozy fireplace. I suspect it may have been a pilot light issue, but nonetheless, things malfunction, I certainly understand that. I was assured through text messages with Vacasa that a local team member would be in touch very shortly, we were there for two days and I heard back from absolutely no one. This is not the fault of the property owner. Frankly, I would never stay in Vacasa managed property again. Very Disappointed!!!!

The location was wonderful, the house was clean and comfortable. It has an outdoor shower, a beautiful deck with a dining set, fire table and gas grill. The view of the mountain was lovely and it’s a short walk to the east branch of the Saco River where you can lay on the rocks and play in the water.
The only improvement I can mention is the WiFi signal could be boosted but that is all.
