I love the whole layout and style of this family run lodging. Modern room design, crisp and comfortable. Right on Rehobeth Avenue, a wonderful walk to the beach on the boardwalk (and I will add lovely outdoor amenities for their smoking guests, and pets are now welcome). (If you’re going for sea, which, it’s the best place— the parade starts and ends in view of your room.) been a great visits here, the best deal in Rehoboth!

Close walk to boardwalk. Ten mins
Little noisy from this room, but it’s ground floor. Rest probably aren’t.

Location and cleanliness
Air conditioner did not work; ran out of kleenex first day and almost out of toilet paper second day.......No room service and had to request towels, or anything and front desk closed at 5 pm..
