    Mid-week low season it was very reasonable even though Sept weather was still perfect. Nice staff. I would return. Weak breakfast included, indoor pool, and housekeeping only by request. Easy walking distance to beach and main drag. Microwave, coffee, and fridge in room. Poor electric plugs need work.

    This was our first time staying at the Breakers and overall we had a great stay. The only downside was the breakfast: the coffee was awful, and the food was basic, with almost nothing healthy to eat. We ended up having to get a second breakfast elsewhere. The hotel staff, especially Tory, were wonderful, welcoming and accommodating! There's free parking and a vending machine in the lobby which we visited daily and nearly emptied its Pokemon card supply. Our room was clean and spacious, and our balcony view of the park and pedestrians was interesting and relaxing (and surprisingly not noisy at all). The price was about average for the location and time of year (Labor Day weekend). The hotel is conveniently located near lots of restaurants, shops and art galleries and is only a couple of long blocks from the beach. Two things to be aware of: they charge a *** daily service fee if you book with a third party (book directly with the hotel to avoid it), and early check in is possible but comes with a $20 fee. Would happily stay here again!

    Two blocks to beach and van shuttle service to the beach. Free parking so you’re able to walk to restaurants, boardwalk, shops. Agoda pricing is very competitive. Only negatives were check-in is 4:00pm and we were charged an extra $20 to check in early. Hotel was not full and a room was ready. We paid the $20 instead of coming back at 4:00.

    We’ve stayed at the breakers for years without issue around this time of year. It seems like they have new more stringent management practices that are completely inflexible and will not help make travelers stays easier. We couldn’t check in until around 5:30pm because our room wasn’t ready and then they wouldn’t let us have an hour late for check out even though I asked first thing after booking to accommodate a virtual work meeting. Awful. We will not be staying here again. The poor staff was burned out and beat up and management was rude. They also tried to charge us 20 dollars extra to park our car at 2:30pm when we first arrived.
