About this house rental
Immaculately presented with a stylish open plan living area, excellent finishes and luxurious touches it has been designed so that you will streaming sunlight in every main area of the house. Enjoy the sun soaked deck or a cosy night on the sofa with an open fire in winter!
This house is fabulous all year round because of temperature control through a ducted heating and cooling system. And it is within easy walking distance to the beach. You also have a choice of either Sorrento’s or Blairgowrie’s shopping centres both within 2.5 kms.
The house has the main entry downstairs, leading through a wide foyer to two bedrooms on either side and separate from each other. Bedroom 2 is very much a mini-master with its own en-suite and private deck. Both bedrooms downstairs have large windows / doors maximising the most of the majestic bay views with bedroom 3 also offering two single beds that can be joined together to make a king size bed.
The downstairs accommodation also comprises a TV / Games room with a sofa bed and the main bathroom with a shower plus a laundry containing a washing machine and dryer.
Up one flight of stairs and you are instantly taken by the breath-taking peninsula and bay views (a full 180 degrees). Floor to ceiling windows enable you to take in the ever-changing views from each angle. Boats and yachts, cargo ships, the Melbourne City outline and the serenity of a distant visage are all part of the outlook.
The upstairs area consists of a large lounge area with comfy sofas, a separate dining area with an eight seater table and a brand new, fully equipped kitchen. Upon adjusting to the space of the room, you quickly notice the designer Oblica freestanding wood heater in the middle of the room which swivels, ensuring you can enjoy a flickering fire whether you're prepping in the kitchen, lying on the sofa or enjoying dinner with friends.
With floor to ceiling double glazed windows and doors you are led onto a large balcony with outdoor table and chairs, BBQ, sun lounges and flexible seating ensemble. You can lose yourself be it reading a book or just listening to the birds.
Upstairs also contains the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom that will leave you breathless and an adjacent powder room. Wake up to mesmerising bay views. The master suite has an open plan shower, vanity with double basins and a beautiful sunbed nestled right by the window, perfect for you to settle on and enjoy the ambience. The master suite’s glass door also opens up onto the balcony.
Outside, at the top of the driveway in front of the house additional recreational space includes a level grass pitch, equipped with a bocce set and other pastimes and a 10m x 10m deck for relaxing on the outdoor furniture or floating away on the hammock.
Our house is perfect for families and friends with the privacy and space between upstairs and downstairs but also for couples looking for an intimate getaway. We are able to zone the upstairs property whereby couples are able to enjoy the whole upstairs area of the house providing an intimate setting for two.
Please note: Luxurious bed linen and towels are provided for all our guests.

We loved the views from the balcony. And the location was perfect for runs along the beach in the morning. The barbecue and cooking facility were really good as we dined in most nights.We would recommend this place to our friends if they wanted to be out of the city. And preferred a costal retreat.
