10 of us stayed at Monte Santa Maria Tiberina and had a wonderful time. Robbie was extremely helpful before hand, helping us arrange a driver for a day in Florence, a dinner cooked at the villa and reservations at the restaurant steps away. Sylvia welcomed us and supported us throughout our week. We enjoy day trips to Florence and Arezzo as well as visiting family near by. The house provided ample space for being together as a large group and the pool was a great respite on warm, sunny days. And the views... absolutely incredible from every and any corner of the house all week long. We very highly recommend it!

Spent two weeks here and was simply amazing. The property / house is beautiful and impeccably decorated, and we loved the peace and tranquility of the area. Joe and Robbie were very gracious hosts - the house came with an essentials gift basket and they and even dropped off a bottle of prosecco on my birthday! Our caretaker Sylvia was always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations. Loved everything about our stay and look forward to coming back!

The location of the house is in a small and preserved village which is very high on the hills of Umbria.
The views from the house is amazing !! especially from the house terrace .
The house contains a number of rooms , designed and decorated in a special and very good taste. Attention has been given to each and every item in it.
All in all - we experienced a wonderful time !
