When I arrived at hotel they could not find my reservation. I had confirmation number on phone. Still could not find it.
I was able to get a room. Stay was great.

The bed was great as well as the room.
This is trivial but there are too many grounds in the coffee. I think this can be solved.

Great location, near food options. Parking was close.
Our carpet in the rooms was all tore up. The breakfast did not have many protein options when it came to not having ham in the protein. Wish there was more fresh fruit options.

Location was great-handy to grocery store, restaurants, highway.
The desk clerk was sitting on the lower counter the morning we departed. She acted like this was no big deal. Very unprofessional in our opinion. She and another staff person talked non stop. The breakfast attendant was”Mia” so items were not replaced quickly. They were NOT busy while we were eating. Desk clerk on arrival was also not attentive. Staff needs training!!!
