Loved the staffs quick assistance and kindness. They set up my delivery perfectly and made sure my stay was special for my anniversary. And the soundproof rooms made sleeping very comfortable.
Not everything in my room notes were taken care of. I had to ask again for robes the 2nd day there.

The customer service from beginning to end made my stay 10x better. Kash greeting me at the door and helping with my luggage’s was very generous and made my stay feel elegant. Valet team was quick and efficient. My check in was smooth and professional. Front desk team was great, the restaurant service was excellent. My bed and view was nice and peaceful. The bathroom shower was marvelous.

The renovated lobby is great! I had stayed there before while under renovation and it feels like a different hotel. What stood out was the staff and the friendliness of all!
