Liked the location , the temperature of the facility
Booked a room with a pull out couch to accommodate the number of guests. When it came time to use it there were no linens , called down to desk and no one answered, called 3 times.
Would be nice to be able to use the amenities we booked for.

Nice staff, clean rooms, comfy bed and pillows
Got there all settled in and toilet would not flush, (they did move us) in room we moved to room with no hot water …had to take a COLD shower in am, could not call front desk as their phones did not work so I went in my pajamas to report toilet. Offered no discount when notified of all. Decent place but disappointed.
