Breakfast the eggs are disgusting. They are powdered and nasty.

Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Hotel was very clean and breakfast amenities were great with lots of room to sit. Coffee & tea were available all day. Housekeeping went out of their way to tend to our needs. Although we didn't get to use, the gym & pool also seemed very nice. This may seem trivial, but the elevators were fast enough that popping down to the lobby for something wasn't a big deal.

Can't say I found the bed to be very comfortable, but that's personal to each person and I rarely sleep well away from home. The only real issue we had is when arriving for check-in, I chose to use a different card for payment than what was used to hold the reservation. It wasn't until I got home 5 days later that I saw both cards had been charged for my stay. I guess the system automatically processed the first card, but the person at the front desk saw it and immediately processed a refund. Unfortunately that can take up to a week to refund. It all worked out, but it would have been nice if he had told me about it while I was standing there instead of me finding out on my own days later.

Breakfast was fairly decent for hotel breakfasts.

Did not know that there was going to e a hotel full of hockey people. Was given a room on a higher floor by desk clerk hoping to not have to deal too much with noise. Unfortunately, that was not the case. 11pm at night there were kids running and screaming down the hallways....not happy, even had our quiet sign on the door.
