Very relaxing sweet cottage to stay in for two.

I loved the location it was so beautiful and the hot tub was great after traveling!

We stayed in the cottage and there was no WiFi at the actual cottage only at the club house which made it tough. It was also had to tell if we could park up by the pool area since it was dark out so we just walked up from our cottage. Very minor things though we still enjoyed our visit

Cabin size - very tight space , just one sink, no sink in the washroom, uncomfortable bunk bed- could feel the springs.Hardly any space to move around in the cabin. Not worth the money

Great 1-2 night stay!

I liked the hot tub and the quiet, off any main road location!

There was a large group that made it a little hard to get time in the hot tub. The room was on the small side, but fine. The neighboring cabins had very bright lights that made it hard to darken the room for bedtime.

Lazy Z resort is pleasant, in a nice setting. Due to lack of Internet, I won't stay there again.

Nice setting. Cottage was pleasant. Staff was pleasant and responsive.

Cabin was very basic. Hardly any instructions about how anything worked. This includes something as simple as what light switches turned what on; how to turn the fan on/off, etc. Worst of all was the internet service. There was zero service between 7:15am and 10:30pm. Cell service was similar for calls. TV stopped working in the evening. While I wasn't there to use these services, seems that Lazy Z Resort could do better.

The room was a bit small and lacked furniture. For example, in the patio there was just one chair. At least two were required. In the room there was no stand or bench to place the luggage.

it was quiet and peaceful.

Extremely difficult to get to. Window screens were warped letting in mosquitoes and bugs. Incredibly tiny bathroom. I'm disabled and needed help onto the bed it was so high. Described as a cottage. it was more like a miniature cabin.

Lovely Twain-Harte downtown cabin, part of the Lazy-Z resort.

We stay at the downtown cabin (6 min away by car from the resort). It was nice to be able to walk to downtown restaurants, coffee place and shops, and to drive to spend time in the beautiful Lazy-Z resort's pools and play in the game room. The cabin was nice, clean, well heated and comfortable. Very responsive staff, answered all our questions quickly by text. We loved to read the story of the history of the Resort and to be able to support a long running family business.

There is one bedroom with full size bed with a very old and uncomfortable mattress (springs are warn-out and there is a dip in the center). The linens were low quality. The kitchen did not have any pantry supply such as spices, oil, sugar, etc so if you are planing to cook you have to bring everything with you. They did not supply shampoo, body soap or conditioner. Overall old -fashion cabin, could use deeper cleaning and a coat of paint, we expected a little more for what we paid.

Beautiful location and very clean. Quiet & secluded

Location was great! It was secluded, in a beautiful, wooded area, yet only a short drive to shopping and restaurants. Just about 30 min. From snow play areas

The Air conditioner/heater wall unit was hard to use, with very worn, hard to turn knobs. Shower head is diffixult for anyone over 5' 5" tall and the shower drain was very slow, so we couldn't take a shower without standing in a pool of water

Our stay was wonderful!! We would return in a heart beat!!!

We loved our cabin Juniper #5! The decor was farmhouse and so comfy and cozy!

There were a couple of window issues. There was a corner broken out of the corner of one that had duck tape on it, and another larger window had a pretty good gap when closed.

Definitely not a resort

The beds were comfy and the linens were clean.

The cabin was very remote and kind of basic, no Wi-Fi and not enough of hot water for 4 people to take a shower. The decorations in the room were kind of cheap and too many of it… The clubhouse was terribly smelly… we couldn’t hang out there and enjoy the games and books. The hot tub was frozen, which was also disappointing…

Great value, a lot of character to the property, hope to come back!

Simple set up, easy to find. Great communal facilities, would love to come back with a larger group in the summer months. We were in town to go riding at Dodge Ridge.

The unit kitchen could have had a few more “amenities” but we were able to get by and make some simple meals.

Ideal for wedding or gatherings because of the retained rustic but elegant nature of the entire prop

Loved the rustic historic buildings and grounds, very tastefully updated while retaining the warm, inviting charming character. Although too cold to swim, we enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful pool and grounds. Entire property is relaxed…no dead bolts, open viewing of unused cottages, loads of games, antiques, and gathering rooms.

Lower wattage, warm-white LED bulbs. Current bulbs are inappropriately strong glaring and cold…the really ruin the ambiance inside and out. An employee did, however, replace our bulbs with warm light at our request and added a new soft blanket at our request. But bulb wattage was still too high.

I would return , but would make sure we were away from the pool house in case of an event

The first night was so beautiful relaxing. The second night was wonderful for who ever had the wedding. For us it was loud way past midnight. At that point I wish we were far away from the pool area.

owners children racing around property screaming and yelling, driving very recklessly at 1 AM.... in trucks and golf carts. drunk clientele dominating pool area as if it were their own private property. hostile drunk guests smoking in hot tub.... understaffed - no towels at pool
