The location is close to downtown, and the hotel is clean. The night front desk staff—Mary, I believe—has consistently shown first‑class service. She is prompt, professional, and patiently explains every detail of the process. Her level of service truly feels like that of a 5‑star hotel.
Breakfast is good, with hot food available, and overall the stay offers very good value for the price. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Kids loved the pool and the location was very clean.
The staff was very nice.
It would have been nice to have full black out curtains on the side of the hotel that the sun rose on. That was a bit brutal at 5:30 am.

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and room were fine.
Breakfast is very poor. Food quality is a health hazard, and is served entirely staff-free using all disposable environmentally unsound crockery and cutlery. Coffee is instant from a machine and milk for tea and coffee is long-life. the only healthy item on offer was oranges.
