The location and parking
The room service is much to be desired. The Continental breakfast was very undesirable the same thing starting back after the 3rd day, cool food

The property was clean and well organized. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable! The staff was nice and was able to answer/ help with any questions I had.
The luggage trolley had a wheel that was coming apart and made it difficult to use.

The whole place was absolutely beautiful and very/very clean. The bed was comfortable and the desk service was nice. Especially Gabriella she was a sweetheart. Thank you again for all your help!

Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and room were fine.
Breakfast is very poor. Food quality is a health hazard, and is served entirely staff-free using all disposable environmentally unsound crockery and cutlery. Coffee is instant from a machine and milk for tea and coffee is long-life. the only healthy item on offer was oranges.
