The hotel was clean, updated, and easy to find and navigate through. The pool and grill area was so lovely.
The continental breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Some of the food that was cooked felt inedible, but I did appreciated the dietary friendly options.

The breakfast was great and the staff was very friendly!
The one elevator was broken and the other elevator's buttons were switched! So to go up, you had to push the down.

Beds were comfortable
Checked in around 9:00pm with husband and 4 year old and infant. Went to our room, had a nice size suite with king bed and sofa sleeper, plenty of room. We went to turn TV on it didn’t work, called front desk. They came up and tried to fix it, no luck so they call a customer service line and spent over 30 minutes trying to fix it. Finally it is after 10:00 and I said can you just give us another room? He acted like if I have too, he treated us like we broke the tv. So he did assign us a new room, but it was much smaller and not very nice. The room was very hot and the ac did not work very good, made all kinds of noises. For the price we paid it was way too much for the room and bad customer service. We will never stay here again.
