Comfy clean and great customer service

Very nice and clean

Great location to explore Milwaukee. Even though near airport it was quiet. Good size room with very comfortable sofa. Bathroom had walk in shower and pleasant toiletries with plenty of towels. Small kitchen area with crockery, cutlery and good sized fridge freezer.

As a light sleeper, I found the aircon very noisy, and it couldn't be switched off. A little disappointed to be charged for parking.

Battery died on room door waited forever after checking in for someone to come look at it attempted to put batteries had to call maintenance but it’s a Friday night after hours! I repeatedly asked for a new room as it was late after traveling the front desk finally agreed then had to wait another 20 min just to get a key to the room next to the original one! Checked in at 630 didn’t get into a room until 9!!!! 😡 I usually love staying here but this was so frustrating I considered finding a new hotel that night!!
