Location, breakfast and hospitality
Needs a spruce up. Paint peeling, carpets old, generally the upkeep is not in keeping with a high quality bed and breakfast.

Breakfast was great both mornings, the looks of the inn from the street was appealing as was the location of the inn.
Room needs a lot of maintenance. Loose stained carpet in bedroom and stained flooring in the bathroom. Radiator facing loose and falling off in places and a loose slanted shelf in the bathroom to name a few real noticeable issues.
