Coffee in the lobby should be hot. If you have coffee available in the lobby it should ALWAYS be hot, Fresh if possible, but definatley NOT cold coffee from the morning.

Located close to area that I came to visit
Awful, they were renovating the kitchen area, and the breakfast was prepared for you after you knocked on the door, and their wasn't any choices.
