I was pleased with the room we had. The beds were very comfortable, the set up for the bathroom with the sink outside the door to the toilet and shower was convenient for our small group, and the room layout was small but arranged well to make use of the space. The room was also kept clean. We did find a roach on a return to our room the second day, but it was clearly dying, which proves that whatever they're using for pest control is actually working!

The breakfast options were very limited, and staff seemed stingy with even the little that was available. Part of our group made it in to get food right at the end of the breakfast window, and a staff member came over and started putting things away without a word exactly at 9am while the two were still making their selections. I would recommend not waiting until the end of the breakfast window to get your food or planning to eat elsewhere. We ended up going to the Buc'ee's a few miles away to get a more substantial meal.

Room was was in good repair and beds were comfortable.

Room door key card readers need repair or replacement of batteries. Could not enter one of the two rooms booked. Keycard reader did not function. Management opened door with master key and thought that was sufficient. Requested a change of both rooms to keep them together and both got downgraded because in hotel (that looked 25-30% full based on vehicles in parking lot) they’d run out of king bed rooms. One of the door to down graded rooms wouldn’t open in the morning with card when wanting to confirm nothing left behind. Felt like area was “forgotten”. Area between building was in need of mow and parking areas at back cleaned up.
