Clean comfortable and far enough from the chaos. Beautiful room
The construction! But not too bad! The air struggled a little to cool the room off! Still loved our stay here

Location at the end of Duval and the Southernmost Beach is convenient to downtown. Parking is excellent. Breakfast is good. Beautiful grounds.
Constant noise from street work and depending on your room, we had 3B, live music blaring into the room from the shared wall.
