Very nice place. For us it was in an ideal location on the quiet end of Duval St, easily walkable to the less-quiet parts. And close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The place itself waw very nice and very comfortable

The pool was small, but for us that didn't matter, and there's no workout room, and that would've been a nice additional feature

This was a laid back, lovely stay in a beautiful setting!

This beautiful, historic home was in an excellent location, not far from the water. The outdoor bar had live music every day. There was enough of a party vibe without all of the busyness farther down Duval Street. The restaurants and night life were close by, however, when we wanted them.

In January, the weather in Key West is not always warm, so I found myself in a winter coat several mornings while eating breakfast in the lovely outdoor only dining area.

The room was beautiful, updated and spacious.

The breakfast needs to be quality checked. The strawberry jam containers were old, the jam was dehydrated, and had a tinge of brown, the ketchup packets were past their best by date and tasted vinegary, and the humidity had gotten to the Apple Jacks cereal available and was therefore no longer crunchy.

Southernmost Point Guest House

Everything was perfect. Excellent breakfast in the gardens of the guest house. Very comfortable room and bed, exceptionally clean. The outside daytime bar with music was great. The location at the quiet end of Duval Street was perfect for us. Everything was in walking distance, including Mallory Square. The Southernmost Point Buoy is only a few feet away so if you get up early, you can get your Southernmost Point photos before the queue forms. It was lovely just to sit outside, relax and watch the world go by. We would definitely stay here again.

Best location given proximity to the beach and Duval St. lt was super clean the attention to detail in terms of furnishings was exceptional as well as the front desk and bar staff. Food truck at the bar was great with delicious offerings (try the Cuban Pork Tacos)!

Friendly service, comfortable beds, but small rooms

Bed was super comfortable and location was great! We loved the use of the bikes.

Breakfast was horrible. Please America, change the hotel breakfasts!! I’m American, but why can’t we have what the Europeans have?? Where is the real yogurt, no sugar-laden Yoplait, more fresh and dried fruit, tomatoes, good cheese, hard boiled eggs, real granola or muesli and nuts. Real oatmeal, not the packaged crap! REAL peanut butter with homemade scones or biscuits. PLEASE

Great place in Key West! I highly recommend it

The stay was perfect in every way. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, just steps from the heart of Key West. The room was spacious for two, clean, with a large TV and various amenities. The service was exemplary and helpful in every way. Free parking is available on site, which is a huge plus. Next time I will also stay at this hotel.

It was so quaint and inviting! Despite the rain upon our early arrival, we were welcomed in! Our room wasn’t ready, but we were given our free drink coupons and told we would receive a phone call when our room was ready! Once our room was ready, we were escorted to our room! It was beautiful! The attention to detail was spectacular! Every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond! Can’t see myself staying anywhere else when I next visit Key West!

The property’s layout is very nice. I particularly liked the wrap around veranda on second floor. The seating arrangement outside our room was also a welcome addition. The rooms were comfortable, bed was firm.

Fantastic place to stay and explore key west.

Everything about the guest house was great, the beds were really comfortable, location was ideal just outside the very busy duval st, so wasn't noisy at nighttime, but easy walking distance if you fancy joining in.the Duval St nightlife.

Will be spending more money next time and stay somewhere else but this stay was expensive for the stuff offered.

Location was great. The South beach cannot be used due to massive seaweed which smells badly. Not the properties fall but to be aware of when choosing this location.

The breakfast was cheap. All store bought nothing I have ever seen at a B&B. We had to leave one morning at 7 for our excursion and asked for some take away breakfast. Allowed to take a yogurt but not realizing no silverware in the room. The coffeemaker in the room was broken so no coffee. The mini kitchen in the bathroom was very weird.

Perfect place to visit the southernmost part of the states

Excellent location- end of Duval Street just off the beach. Spacious quiet room with comfy mats and pillows, a/c and fan are perfect , coffee machine and set of coffee provided, tv with 1000 channels, cosy yard and pool, bar just around the corner, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.
