Everything but staff.
Staff is incompetent charged my credit card for the room and everything was priorly taking care of on booking.com or whatever there name was to the site months ago. Now I have overdraft fees to deal with. The charged it then 2 days later realized they f ed up and credited the account back. I have automatic withdrawals every week from my account for monthly bills. Did not expect something like this to ever happen. Im broke the way it is now im even further behind thank to incompetent staff. Never will I go to this location again because of this. This was a luxury evening for my family. I dont have thousands like some people do in this world to vacation when they want. Very disappointed!

I love all the activities available for the kids.
We got the wrong room and it took 3 days to rectify the difference in price. There were very limited seating areas in the community areas. The elevator was broken when we got there and had to carry all our things up the stairs however the elevator maintenance guy even helped carry things. The community areas were a mess. Garbage and wet towels everywhere. There didn’t seem to be anyone cleaning or straightening up things all weekend.
