Their focus wasn't on customers. It was on their friends. I was asked to move my truck to a spot that I could not keep an eye on it, so their friends could park RV's in the prime spots in a hotel parking lot for the winter. Not very customer oriented if you ask me. I won't ever go back there. Don't waste your money.

We stayed 2 nights, so we had some time to kill in the morning. A pool sounded very nice but there was a sign that pool is closed for the season. No words on the Agoda page when I booked it.
Some important room amenity was missing like iron and ironing board. At least there's a guest laundry room, which can be useful for anyone with extended stay.
A $100 deposit was required upon checking. As a guarantee that the room will be left in good condition. It's putting tons of pressure because the toilet leaks at the bottom after overnight use. I was worried that they would take some of the deposit money. Not a relaxing experience.
I personally would not stay here again.
