About this villa rental
Beach Villa Cosins 1 Mel is modern and elegant, combining a truly perfect location with high-quality finishes. Beach Villa Mel is the perfect holiday home for an unforgettable stay in Mallorca. Located just 400 metres from the sandy beach of Playa de Muro, a few steps from shops/restaurants and on the edge of the pristine natural reserve of the Albufera, this 4-bedroom villa will impress you. Having everything within reach means you don't need to constantly rely on a car; yet without noisy bars in the area, a relaxing and peaceful holiday experience, just a few steps from the turquoise sea. The villa has been carefully designed to offer all modern comforts with an additional touch of luxury with style. Furthermore, the villa offers facilities for cyclists and bicycle storage, making it the perfect choice for a holiday in Mallorca.
Beach Villa Cosins 1 Mel is distributed over 2 floors, has been fully air-conditioned and has been intelligently designed to provide an exceptional sense of spaciousness (double-glazed panoramic windows with mosquito nets). On the ground floor there is an impressive purpose-built kitchen (fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher), living room (satellite TV, wi-fi internet, music system), a spacious double bedroom and a family bathroom with shower. Large patio doors open onto the terrace next to the pool equipped with table, chairs and sofas. The upper floor, accessible via an internal staircase, houses 1 full bathroom, 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms (one double, one double and one single, once again, all with air conditioning). A small annex next to the pool is available and serves as a WC + sink and a laundry room.
Outside, the private swimming pool of generous dimensions offers pleasant views over the Albufera river and is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, a true oasis to relax under the Majorcan sun, in complete peace and tranquillity. But with such a perfect beach almost around the corner, the choice is meant to be difficult: pool or "beach"? For lovers of outdoor dining, there is a brick barbecue available, together with an outdoor dining table in the shade and a rest area. For the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 14:00-16:00 and 20:00-8:00.
The tourist tax is included in the price.

Summary of reviewsGreat villa with pool, quiet location, beautiful garden. Looks just like the pictures. Modern house to feel comfortable :) Will gladly come back :).

Location was great with the beach and shops within walking distance. Villa was beautiful, however it was noticeable things were well used as drawers and mosquito nets were starting to fall apart. The place could do with a deeper clean as cobwebs were visible throughout. There were a couple of used towels upon arrival, however the host was very responsive via email and replaced them quickly. The backyard could do with a privacy screen as people using the public walkway can see straight into the villa. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

This villa is beautifully clean, totally functional and we had a really lovely stay. One of our party complained that the bed wasn’t comfy but the rest of us were fine. The only criticism I have is that the outside space / pool area is very much overlooked by dog walkers and passers by walking along the river which could be easily rectified with some bamboo / plants etc.

The location is great the property was great to.
You staff attitude and replying to emails and messages sent ‼️ I asked the day we arrived for a late check out of 12 - 1 pm and NO reply ‼️ Then she got upset as we were still there when the cleaners turned up at 9:45am.
Communication only worked one way. When they wanted to send an engineer to the villa to fit air conditioning controls we said yes straight away.
